Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Describe the role of nurses across the care continuum to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Explore treatment options available to menopausal women with HIV.
- Evaluate strategies that nurses can incorporate into practice to critically appraise, safely integrate, and ethically apply AI outputs in clinical care.
- Review current FDA approved long-acting injectable medications for HIV treatment and prevention.
- Describe key components of comprehensive, whole-person physical assessment for individuals who use substances including relevant history, examination findings and risk factors.
- Summarize interventions utilized to strengthen evidence-based nursing policy at the local, state and national level.
