Zandraetta Tims Cook, MD, MPH, AAHIVS is a board-certified internist and infectious diseases physician in Atlanta, GA. She is involved in innumerable community outreach efforts in HIV education and founded The Heather Ivy Society, Inc. a non-profit social services and emotional support group for persons, particularly women who are living with HIV.

Explore the effects of excess visceral abdominal fat (EVAF) in people living with HIV (PLWH)
Review the latest data on prevalence and long-term impact of the condition within this population
Review methods to identify EVAF in PWH
Discuss new data and the latest updates on the FDA-approved treatment shown to help reduce EVAF
