Dying in America Part 1: Tools for Discussing Tough Topics with Clients, Family and Friends

Description

Please join us for the first in a two-part series - Dying in America Part 1: Tools for Discussing Tough Topics with Clients, Family and Friends. Sponsored by ANAC’s Clinical Practice Committee, these will be compelling and practical webinars designed to equip professionals and individuals with the skills to navigate end-of-life conversations with empathy and clarity.

These sessions will shed light on systemic challenges and the importance of timely, compassionate dialogue. Participants will examine the barriers that often prevent these critical discussions and learn effective strategies for exploring clients' or loved ones’ goals of care. Additionally, the webinars will highlight the significant benefits of early palliative care, emphasizing its role in improving quality of life and aligning treatment with patient values.

Whether you're a healthcare provider, patient/client or caring family member, this webinar offers valuable tools to approach difficult conversations with confidence and sensitivity.
