If the Administration and Congress succeed in passing major Medicaid cuts or reforms, the impact on nurses and patients could be swift and severe. States will be forced to make hard choices to either cut services or reimbursements—or both since states must achieve balanced budgets.
This session will include an in-depth analysis of the potential impact of Medicaid cuts and what nurses, other providers and community members can do to stop this threat. ANAC joins with the American Nurses Association and other nursing organizations to #SaveMedicaid.
